Coaching

For individuals, couples or families.

In all coaching sessions we begin with mapping out your unique set of characteristics. We always include the following aspects:

  • that everything is situational and time specific
  • characteristics vs. behavior
  • nature vs. nurture
  • co-existence
  • learning capacity of our brain
  • masking
  • trauma

The approach is holistic, including the body, because it has so much influence on how we function. We also look at your energy balance and basic human needs:

  • Basic physical needs (food, drink, sleep)
  • Safety and security (shelter, structure, financial stability)
  • Social needs (friendship, family, love)
  • Recognition and appreciation (respect, self-confidence, status)
  • Self-development (self-development, creativity, realizing your potential and self-determination)

Coaching & Conversations Neurodiversity – Private and Relationships

Neurodiversity enriches our lives, but also brings unique challenges. Whether you are struggling on your own, or notice that communication within your relationship or family is difficult: my coaching focusses on core issues that help you.

Together, we explore how your brain works. We identify where things might get stuck and look at what is possible and where the opportunities lie. Together, we translate this into clear insights and practical tools for daily life.

Autism Coaching – Personal and Relationships

The world can feel intense, unpredictable, and overwhelming if you have autism. It is very likely that autism is not the only problem.

In coaching, we look at all the factors at play, as well as potential traits of other or conflicting neurotypes that may have an influence. We then focus on creating calm, clarity, and a healthy energy balance.

Within relationships, we examine the dynamics between neurotypical and neurodiverse partners. We bridge the communication gap so that genuine connection is re-established instead of misunderstandings.

ADHD Coaching – Personal and Relationships

Living with ADHD often means struggling to focus with an overactive mind, faltering focus, and emotional storms. Here, too, there is a very high chance that ADHD is not the only problem.

In coaching, we look at all the contributing factors, as well as potential traits of other or conflicting neurotypes that may be influencing the situation. Together, we establish a structure that works for you, without you losing your spontaneity and energy.

In relationships, we address patterns such as the 'parent-child dynamic' or recurring irritations regarding planning and household chores. We build towards equality and mutual understanding.
