The Headway cards
Using the colored cards from Headway, we will explore which characteristics apply to you. Headway literally shows, using color codes, where your strengths lie and where your potential could be.
The cards also show that we always have a combination of colors, never just one color. This combination of traits is totally unique to everyone. They exist side by side, and sometimes people have many traits associated with, for example, both autism and ADHD (co-existence).
In addition to these characteristics, we must take into account:
- nature and nurture
- trauma
- lived experience
- culture
- setting (school, work, private life, etc.)
- masking
- our ability to always be able to learn
